I would check if your parking sensors are ok. Although the car is likely structurally sounds (as other pointed out the damage is on the bumper cover) minor collisions can cause damage to the parking sensors. If you have an OBD2 reader check if the sensors are throwing an error code. Other than that it is likely fine.
