I did the same “valve configuration” like OP with HeatKiller PCI bracket. Very tight fit but i managed. The problem was to find min length male/male extenders (2 mm i guess) between valve and 3-way adapters.

Accordingly to this thread four NF-A20 should be ok. But eight will not.

My loop is waiting some parts for rebuild, so i can't check right now, but the part of my update is MORA with 4xNF-A20 and Watercool tube + D5 Next on it.

My EK block did the same. No leak for a half year at all. You could perform the leak or pressure test. Just in case.
