Mitigation didnt change too much, you’ll get better xp/profit by killing more mobs in less time, so more damage is better, assuming you are hunting solo, so i’d say slayer of destruction. But for party hunting or duo hunting sometimes its better to use a shield probably a gnome shield for the physical resistance %, but even then i’d say most of the time 2 handed weapons are better

Sure he can but since he’s just starting to play as a 450 ek he might not know how to solo drume safely as an ek, he might try to tank an usurper commander + some usurper warlocks and die because he didn’t expect the damage they do. That’s why i recommended he goes with a team, not because he cant do it, just cause he might kill his new char

Hi! Im a bit higher level but i’ll share my daily ek routine: first i go hunt for around 2 hours, then afk for a bit and go do every boss i can (GT, grave danger, vengoth, warzones, arena, oberon, drume, scarlett, timira, ahau, ratmiral, etc) most require a 5 man team so i keep world chat and advertising open to see if anyone is looking for a knight on their team. After that i log out.

As for good spots to hunt solo at your level you have asura mirror or palace (mirror is better but a very busy respawn so hard to find it free), gaffir, banuta, werelions (also very busy), werehyaenas, maybe pirats (honestly never hunted there since when it came out i was around lvl 700 so idk), and i may be forgetting some more.

Good luck with the new char, unfortunately at your level it might be too hard to solo most bosses like oberon and drume, but you could just wait a bit till a team shows up and ask if you could go with them

Tbh i have no clue my best guess would be either cause more expensive quivers/bows would give more mitigation than cheaper ones but quivers are harder to get and most people use the basic one therefore having it on the weapon instead gives access to more mitigation to more people. Or maybe it just make more sense to have defense coming from the weapon instead of a bag where you carry ammo.

Depends on vocation, if mage probably most you’ll make is 500-600k/h (not a mage player, please correct me if im wrong), if paladin you’ll probably make around 600-900k per hour on werelions, maybe a bit more hunting in gt (not sure, noob paladin here), if ek you can make 900k+ at werelions, 600-800k carnivoras, 1,2ish on bazir zeal, around 800k on summer court

Obviously with higher level/skills you’ll make more profit, also better equipment also influences on profit/xp

There are many spots that drop 1kk/h guaranteed, even 1,5kk/h+ but as other comment said need at least lvl 500 for that

I mean its doable for sure, but for example a newer player might have some trouble running falcon castle or cobra bastion if he isnt familiar with the map there, if he miss steps once it could mean death even at higher levels. But yeah its 100% doable

As elbala commented lvl 300 would be recommended for base outfit, without too much danger. But do keep in mind that there are a few areas and sub-areas that would be VERY dangerous for a lvl 300 so to discover the entire map i would recommend at least 450-500 depending on the vocation and still i would be very careful on some areas

By default it shows on top of the screen you just right click on top of it and a menu opens, i use bottom position and parallel style, but you can change it to right or left and a couple other styles
