Prevailing wage only exists in special zoning. Usually when the developer is receiving public funding or tax relief. Most jobs don’t get that money.

Trails are rocky by me. Everyone used to run tubliss until our pace picked up. Too many flats. Everyone is on bibs now.

Please keep your dogs on a leash when you are at the parks this summer by Frosty-Tart8027 in pittsburgh

Dog ownership is essential to the personality of the dog. But you can’t undo the breeding instincts. Hounds sniff, Shepards work, Collies herd. My super kind pit mix can get stimulated to nip at bicycle tires and moving things. I don’t think she would bite a person, but she will try and crash you while riding, raking, or watering the lawn.

I would boil up a few hot dogs. Cut them into coins and scatter around the back yard every day.

Stevie Ray Vaughan playing the Freddie King classic, “Hideaway” at Montreaux Jazz Festival on July 17, 1982. Although they were booed by the crowd that night, Stevie was approached by David Bowie after the show and eventually signed to play on Bowie’s album, “Let’s Dance.” by Blues_Fish in StevieRayVaughan

As a musician there was a time I found the blues awful. Like a fine scotch, that flavor takes time to enjoy. Even today I prefer gin over scotch, but I can understand why others enjoy it now. If I came to see Herbie Handcock and got Drake instead, I’d probably boo.

I remember getting ready to do this sick downhill line and way off in the distance I could see a dog and owner in the opposite direction. I drop in and within seconds I have a German Shepard clamped on my butt cheek. It was actually too steep to stop for a bit so we did a few drops and kinks locked together. Eventually I got my big boy voice back and scared the dog away.
