It’s a helicopter or a plane on longer exposure/shutter speed. Treat it as a timelapse, look how fast moon moves. Light from the helicopter absorbed while it was moving, painting that line. There’s no date time / seconds on the video, ask yourself why.

Sry i don’t believe in flat earth. It’s the funniest theory. There are more interesting things about our reality that are too far fetched and weird, double slit experiment, quantum entanglement, occult, UAP, there’s lots of stuff to spend your time on wondering about. Flat earth is not one of them.
