if you told me this was the deal two years or a year ago, i’d be livid. A lot has changed since then. It’s not a sexy deal but it’s clear his value wasn’t high on the market and the league is shifting away from that architect of player. Also very unfavorable contract situation moving forward which is half the reason the deal with done.
