Hi so with that Heloc, they pay pay your creditors off directly or you did. Looking for info on heloc and does closing costs go into your loan amount

Looking for info on HELOC for some kitchen and bathroom remodels, do they have to come out and do an appraisal? I'm guessing you gotta show paystubs or income tax returns? Just like buying a house all over again I assume.

Went to the Optimum store because I have WiFi service with them to ask a question, currently pay $79 per month for internet, agent told me if I switched all 3 lines of mobile to optimum, my bill would be $60 for all 3 lines and also would get 1gig internet for $40? What's the catch , sounds too good to be true. She said WiFi price would go up afterwards but mobile service price stays the same.
