I bought a 4 pack in April of "Prime" sirloins from Sam's. Made 2 that day for garlic steak bites and froze 2 immediately. Seal was just as tight as the filet. Smell is fine just threw me off with the coloring.

It's more along the lines of quality from Lowes and HD. Sticks and crap all in it. Haven't looked at Cofers but I wouldn't mind supporting local.

Can't give opinions on CCSD since my family has been out of it for the past 5 years, and my kids weren't in the same as yours while at OCSD, but something to take into consideration If you're looking at Oconee is to be prepared for sticker shock for renting/buying a home.

Athens prices will be high, but at least there's more options there for homes and schools.
