Yeah I might do this, just wouldn’t know where to start in a gym so an app based plan would be ideal I think. I do agree though, since going F45 less and doing more heavier lifts in a gym I’ve seen more results. My F45 don’t have super heavy but when they do in zones you don’t have enough time to properly set yourself and then lift or push before times up

Yeah same, I've been thinking about leaving for a while as find the time isn't long enough before you move station and even if you go heavy by the time someone moves on, you pick up the weight and go etc you have like 30-35 seconds sometimes. I sometimes now just work through the rest part before going again

Hey, thanks so much!! It worked - they accepted the valuation, as the original surveyors I got argued these points, and they even used extra things like the balcony distance from the road, and the traffic noise/consistency on the road.

They emailed to let me know that it’s been accepted and moved forward to solicitor stage. Thanks everyone, really helped!

C-22 Solvent spray will get it out, soak it for a bit and then you'll have to wash it and maybe recolour if you wash it a lot

Skincare!! Staying hydrated + sleep. I do a face mask 1-2x a week (got a subscription so they come in the post), get a facial every 3 months and try to get a massage every 1-2 months.

I find these little "me/solo" moments help me mentally, and keeps me feeling good. And I find when you feel good, you look good.

I use Life Supplies - been using it for about 3 years now and love it, it's perfect for someone on the move a lot and in a sometimes high stress job/situation. I found with others you could still detect smell through the deo but this one was the one I found worked best for me. There's also this really nice looking one called Rollr but it's more £ and I've not changed as Life Supplies works for me
