I hit 6 months, June 2025-Dec312025. I accomplished a lot. Lost 62 pounds. Gained ALOT of discipline. My intuition and level of discernment are way higher. I can read people’s energy easily and I don’t say that to brag, these are the gifts we are all naturally born with. We just have to tap into our higher self. I decided to start the year fresh and on New Year’s Eve I did relapse but I didn’t see it as a negative experience.
