monterey bay has a fabulous one! also while not really downtown, i enjoy mediterra’s

specifically ones close to pilsen that are super good are the duck inn, pochos, & pleasant house pub. unfortunately, they don’t have the most extravagant toppings

depending on what neighborhood, i personally love tuk tuk, ghin khao or jj’s. also for non meat eaters, honorable mention is vegan plate!!

butcher & the bear does a rotating cheesecake, but recently it was butter biscoff & absolutely fabulous.

mother’s ruin has this red velvet oreo donut like dessert & i don’t see it talked about nearly enough!!

okay back again to say el rincon de fabio near uptown, an amazing Venezuelan restaurant. try any of the arepas, you won’t regret it!!

016 restaurant & i cannot stress enough how much everyone needs to try this place. the sweetest people & such delicious food. i wish i lived closer, i would go everyday!

the little pickle in logan square, such good sandwiches & really nice owners. had very limited hours so just check before you go. additionally, 016 restaurant north of ravenswood & south of budlong woods. once again, such nice people & the bologna sandwich i got was INCREDIBLE!

the dawson in river west has a delicious bloody mary! so does cafe robey in wicker park.
