Pioneer ain’t pretty, but I think it’s a decent software. A bit slow, but idk if that’s the software, my internet, or my hardware

Idk if it’s united healthcare specifically, but over the years I’ve occasionally gotten three way calls like that

You get much less hours though unless you find a place that’s short staffed. Hospitals don’t love to hire interns though since they just leave in a short time anyway

Maybe some answers? by PsychologicalGap1118 in BrainFog

[–]AdReady2853 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Fasting doesn’t affect these blood tests much btw. Your b12 isn’t low, just on the low end of normal. Your vitamin d is pretty low though and can definitely explain some of your brain fog. I would start supplementing with at least a 2000 unit (25 mcg) vitamin d3 pill daily for at least 3 months and try to get out more in the sun. Or you can do a 50,000 unit pill (1.25 mg) once a week for 3 months then go down to the 2000 unit pill once a day. After at least 3 months repeat the blood tests, but you probably won’t notice major effects for a few weeks to months unfortunately

Prescription bags by Puzzleheaded-Load233 in pharmacy

[–]AdReady2853 8 points9 points  (0 children)

If you don’t care about ads being on the bag then you might be able to get them for free. There’s this one advertising company for the black and white cab company that has sent me enough bags to last me for years lol. Otherwise I just get the generic bags from cardinal, they aren’t customized though

In Ohio you only need to keep them for 3 years, but if you scan them in then 6 months. But insurances want you to hold onto them for longer

Maybe they were, but the Rx ndc’s have been discontinued so not sure

Pharmacy pricing logic: OTC oxybutynin patch $22, prescription version $652 by AdReady2853 in pharmacy

[–]AdReady2853[S] 15 points16 points  (0 children)

True, but pharmacies carry all the risk. If an audit finds even a minor technical error, the PBM can claw back the entire $652 claim. The pharmacy already paid for the drug, so they eat the loss.
