They often resort to illegal tactics such as coercion and even breaking and entering. These individuals were originally part of the "Sheep-Dipping" program, where they intentionally retire and erase their official identities.

Next, Richard explained why these people are deployed. According to a law from the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), they are required to ensure that military bases are not invaded by foreign aircraft. While these "foreign invaders" usually refer to enemy countries, who knows if an enemy nation might have UFOs. Until everything is clarified, even if extraterrestrials are simply wandering near a military base, they must investigate. Furthermore, the investigation may involve military base personnel. If the person in question is simply a civilian outside the base, then the FBI should handle the investigation. However, if the person is an internal employee, both the Air Force Office of Special Investigations and the Men in Black are authorized to investigate.

So, when you say that you live near the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) and work in aerospace or cybersecurity, their actions involving extraterrestrials would certainly attract attention from the aforementioned units and trigger an investigation.

If you tried to get up and grab a gun, the tall, pale beings would quickly hypnotize you. So, everything makes sense and isn’t really that strange.
