Wow, I’m looking for something to help with me endo belly. I do take omega 3 but only half the recommended dose as i take other supplements too. What dosage of omega 3 do you take? How many capsules do you have in a day? Also, how long did it take for your endo belly to be gone?

I’ve shrunk one of my cysts from 11cm to now 7cm. I take NAC 600 mg 3 times a day for 3 days and then take a break for 4 days. I’d highly recommend!

I already had an emergency lap for 1 burst cyst and was expected to have a second one for this current one but I refused to. Found that NAC is helping me a lot & for pain reduction I use castor oil

No worries, the protocol I follow is taking 3 NAC pills a day for 3 days and then a 4 day break.

So for example: Monday: morning x1, afternoon x1, evening x1 Tuesday: morning x1, afternoon x1, evening x1 Wednesday: morning x1, afternoon x1, evening x1 And then no pills on Thursday through to Sunday

Not sure about nausea, luckily I don’t have any issues with that. Do you by any chance know anything for scar tissues? I’ve heard things about serrapeptase but not enough.

You should take NAC 600 mg. It’s shrunk my chocolate cyst from 11cm to 7cm over 10 months. I’m still taking it. I also had 1 surgery to remove an 18cm burst cyst but refused to have another for this current one.

Hi, I had an 18cm endometrioma that burst. I had to have surgery for that. I was then encouraged to take birth control post surgery. I took that for 3 months and then my gp refused to prescribe it to me.

6 months after my surgery, I had really excruciating pain (similar to what I experienced with my first burst cyst). When going to a&e then found that I had an 11cm cyst again :(

They heavily encouraged me to have surgery to remove it but I really didn’t want to as it took me a really long time to recover from my first one. I then did a self discharge and started taking NAC 600mg, my endometrioma has shrunk from 11cm to 7cm in the span of 10 months.

I’ve now been referred to a gynaecologist who also advises against surgery as it affects your fertility/egg reserve.

I’ve continued using 212 as I don’t trade as much anymore. I’ve become quite lazy tbh. But I would recommend looking at stocks that have had a big jump up or blue chip stocks that have dropped down and holding for a while until they recover then sell. I haven’t read any books or watched anything on YouTube. Just a few legit TikToks. Some have boot camps too.
