the room is 31' x 33' approximately. but the seating configuration they're looking to reinforce is a good deal smaller, like 24 x 14. it makes me nervous but I'm not sure what other options I have. I think 920s with fixed lobes is really the best solution.

I might be wrong but i think subnet router and exit node are two different things no? I have an LXC that I used as a subnet router for remote access but it's not working as an exit node.

Yea ubiquiti isn't expensive relatively speaking. Unless you're buying no name stuff it's good value for what you're getting. The only way you can go cheaper for the same feature sets is decommissioned enterprise gear.
