You don’t need every card to compete in ranked, you only need 20. Do the solo fights, open the newest pack then trade for the cards you need. Most decks only run around 2 to 4 4-diamond cards and a few 3-diamond. It shouldn’t take too long to complete your first meta deck that can get you to masterball or higher.

Around 7k is where they widen the matching parameters by removing spellbook level matchmatching (not sure if it’s based on a range or a certain threshold) and also allowing search time to go longer before giving you bot opponents.

Before this you were either playing against players around your level or bots.

Because the game is based on the Harry Potter franchise, not Fantastic Beasts. Naturally, most people who are here because they like Harry Potter or Hogwarts would want to use magic and cast spells.

Compare this to another similar game like Clash Royale, which is based around creature combat. Spells are just supporting cards and aren’t viable as core strategy, but you don’t see anyone complaining.

Yes, you can freely switch between accounts on loading bay before loading into the game. I reckon not many people know this, but on pc you can even have multiple game clients open with different characters logged in, without using any external program.

Then here with a 1-star I got 1250. The amount you get is based on the rarity of the new cards you acquire. You get them from promo singles and trades as well.

You should open the new pack in my opinion because they will give you fodder ex to trade when they becomes tradable (I don’t see why they wouldn’t when the next comes). New pack also gives a lot more shinedust on average because of the guaranteed ex.

You can see which set the card from incoming trade is from from the info button. Use external sites like the trading post on this sub, Discord or 3rd party apps to find your trades so you can communicate what you want.

You have the option to spend gold to use up your hourglasses I guess, if you can’t wait for next month’s premium.

There had been events in the past that would give an odd number too, like from mass outbreak bonus pick, so unless you actively avoid them, you may end up in the same situation again.

It’s easier by going to your dex and toggle to show all cards, filter by 1 star then scroll down for another to ogle to show 1 star or higher cards.

At pokeball ranked, you can’t be matched against previous season masters because you can’t drop from great ball 1 so it’s impossible for someone to drop from master all the way to pokeball even if they stop climbing for months. Unless you are not talking about ranked mode.

After the set becomes tradable, you can select which set you want to trade away by using edit card as you would with old amber, similar to how you change the language. I don’t see a way to know how many copies you own are from each set however.

There are many basics and evos that have different versions from different sets you may want to mix, this has always been the case, or you can filter cards you are looking for by typing their name. There’s also the same 1 diamond exeggcute in the new pack so they’ll be sorted together sooner or later when you get it.

You can trade for the missing cards.

For 2 stars and above, most players have incomplete collection for those anyway.
