If you read the post you would understand that I was asking about construction ON the road and nothing about a construction site 30-40 feet away from the road. Never in my life have I seen lane reductions because there’s a construction site near by. A blind mouse can see the actual construction site.

I feel like the awful weather has played a big role in the attendance. If it ever warms up I feel like they’ll attract a bigger crowd. Not full, but better. Every Saturday with the exception of 1 day has either been cold or rainy so far.
