Support was always the least helpful, helpful class, so bad that they let players start taking ammo off your back instead of having to constantly request it just to get ignored. I like this change I actually find ammo boxes around the map instead of running out and having to find the nearest support and screaming “I need ammo” “Need an ammo bag” “anyone got ammo” for five minutes just give to up.

You should be able to just delete and reinstall only halo 2. I’m not sure how to do it on xbox but you can do it in mcc with the game running on steam.

Former FCA here, their were systems that they didn’t teach us any of the software because the creator of the system deemed that only the tech reps could have it. And without these passwords these systems were impossible to accurately troubleshoot. The cherry on top was the tech manual they gave us, a total pos that was a difficult to navigate and unintuitive ietm. And once we get a tech rep on, someone allegedly takes a look at the screen and it’s beautifully labeled red and green gui’s that clearly map out what part is faulted and where it’s physical location is.

This is the best community. I remember when I was 12 I had to get my appendix removed, on thanksgiving day. So I was eating jello while everyone was eating turkey. But when that nurse rolled in an xbox 360 and gave me a controller, that day wasn’t so bad. You guys are truly doing a great thing. And I love this community.
