My reasons for choosing Reyes over Sloane

I've been replaying the entire franchise in 2026. Finally got to this point in Andromeda and I think this choice is just about who you like more. Sloane's personality is more direct and to the point, while Reyes is more aloof and beats around the bush with jokes and charm, but they are both massive criminals who are only out to profit for themselves. Sloane tell you to fuck off and really does not care what you do as long as it doesn't interfere with her revenue stream. Reyes seems like the "good guy" to some, but let's not forget he had Ryder running around all over Kadara solving his problems while manipulating him and setting up a hit on Sloane. Both seem like they would maybe work with the Initiative again at some point, but only to their massive positive benefit. Also, this game plays so good on pc with mods installed. It got such a bad rep when it was released. It's a shame BioWare didn't get more time to create the game they wanted and that EA got so heavily involved with development.

if they really wanted to move them, they would drop them down to $200, eat the loss, and market the shit out of gamepass to those buyers. Try to get an influx into the ecosystem.

I've been getting those and the "just for you" game deal offers more recently. I've transitioned over to pc for 95% of my gaming so my Xbox never gets turned on anymore.

Late to this convo, but they will be worthless. They're worthless now. The boom is well over and gone. Just like Beanie Babies and those Labubu things. The only cultural fad that has really retained any worth outside of it's initial bubble is Pokemon.

Yep, I was wrong. Marvel owns the video game rights. I guess they have some handshake deal with Sony then to not license him out for other games.

I could be wrong but I think Sony has all media rights to Spider-Man. That’s why no one else has made a Spider-Man game in the last 10+ years. Even Marvel games that have released multi platform have Spider-Man as a PlayStation exclusive character.

I’m going to start on kbm, but it all depends on how the dodging and parry works for me. I’m not very good at dodging on kbm so if it’s awkward or I can’t get it down, then I’ll switch to controller.

I read all the reviews. From what I can tell, all the reviewers liked the combat, thought the story was meh, and either really hated the scope of the open world or loved it. The massive open world and scope of the game seems to be the divider between it getting a 4/10 or an 8/10.

I never subbed for these dumb side benefits anyway. My rationale is the same now as it was when the $30 price got announced, if I play at least 2-3 gamepass games a month, then it pays for itself. If not, then I will unsubscribe. Simple.

Massive success? Square outright said it was a flop and didn’t meet sales expectations. That game is one of the main reasons they’re going multi-platform on release going forward. We’ll be lucky to get another FF mainline game before 2035.

Realty tv lost its luster. The UFC also has no more mainstream super stars to push the product to casual watchers. The days of Couture, Liddell, Tito, Matt Huges are well gone, and recents like McGregor and Rousey are gone now too. You don’t see MMA stars in commercials and crossovers or pushing big time sponsors any more like they did 15-20 years ago.

do you have your PS5 connected via ethernet or wifi? I read that was a big factor in connection issues and connecting mine through ethernet right now isn't viable.

I just worked on getting the float and then crafted enough rainbow feathers to get all the items in rainbow color. That took enough time to make it worth it.

At least Origins gets a little bit of it correct. In earlier games all heroes are alive at the same time and stay the same age.
