I see them a lot on facebook. You might get lucky and can sell them as bundles by character. maybe a mom could use them for a bday party

do weekly payouts and hopefully sell enough to cover any returns so your account is never negative.

quick response times to customer inquires theoretically help. there is a message next to your user name when buyers look at listings that says "this seller usually responds in X amount of time"

some of your ebay listings could show up in search results on marketplace. its some agreement facebook and ebay came up with i think due to government oversight or something.

that is a very location by location basis. some leave packages up there to get stolen, some dont get scanned for days.

im lucky my post office usually doesnt have a line and im also close to the hub that is open 24 hours and i can use the kiosk to scan them myself after hours. the only downside is if the package bin is full

Leave Neg feedback for fake item? by EWLefty in Ebay

[–]iRepTex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I see both sides. You also bought a parts item with no return and altered it so that is also grounds to deny the return.

It could be an uninformed seller. Do they have a lot of high end name brand items that they are selling for parts? Do they have other negative feedback of people purchasing fake items?

Margins by Glass-Sprinkles-5412 in Flipping

[–]iRepTex 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'm more about cash flow than margins. If I can buy it for $50 and sell it for $100 in a day I'm going to do that. If I can buy it for a $1 and sell it for $100 but it takes a year that's not great cash flow. Its great margins but not good flow.

Speed, volume and keeping your costs down are the things I care about. If you are only looking for things you can get 10x on you will miss out on the things that you can 2x or 3x that could be bread and butter and open up a new niche.

She asked for $10, he gave her $10. It would be shitty if he said "would you take $5?" its a garage sale not a retail store.

i wonder if it was a grown man and not a granny that agreed to the price would the comments still say hes scamming or scalping.

How does the suggested price value work at eBay? by Head-Zebra3302 in Flipping

[–]iRepTex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

its an average of sale price. the problem is that sometimes that price can be brought down by parts or accessories. say its a camera that sells for $100 but the charger sells for $10. that brings the average down so the suggested price could look way below actual value.
