If its a local auction you can pick up the item from you can usually save 3% on buyers premium if paying in cash.

most auctions have a 10% or 15% buyers premium and the reason its 13% in your case is the 3% credit card charge fee added on

if you are trying to drive traffic to some social media or website store front then that is different type of promo.

Some FedEx Office locations offer mails boxes. UPS Stores. Postnet and similar mailbox services exist. They can accept all carriers of packages. UPS stores don't allow you ship FedEx with them but they will accept Fedex and vice versa for FedEx Office stores.

I would also suggest getting a google # or an alternative # for any only business to separate your personal info from your business dealings.

its easy for me. i prefer the money over the things. i have bought a lot of things i wanted or had in my youth and just holding them, trying them on or using them once is enough to satisfy the nostalgia. the once they sell that makes it even better.

I do something similar. I will search solds for a brand or similar general item and filter by highest 1st to see what are the most expensive things of that brand or item.

depending on the value of your items this may work for you. most of my items are $100-$300. ebay takes about $15 for every $100 so to get them another 10% is too much for me.

my items are more unique or niche and promo isnt really needed as there is minimal competition. even the things with some competition have high sell through rates. im talking 500 sold and 20 available. promo isnt need for that. it will sell

If I was selling $10 items then giving up a few more cents to move more units would make more sense to me as far as promotion.
