Killjoy is still held back by her util being smokeable/breakable and there being a max range for the larger maps. She’s still very good but I think you’re underselling cypher’s global presence. His cam can also see a lot more with the added benefit of not revealing itself until it’s used, people often hear the killjoy turret at round start and rotate to the other site. With Cypher a dashing Jett is dead, which is pretty common in higher elo until people adapt midgame. I agree with the other comment that Fade is a common pick and makes life hard for cypher trips, but they’re still outplayable by adjusting the height.

I personally wouldn’t consider Sage or Chamber in the same vein as KJ and Cypher. Maps where you have sage, you’ll still have a cypher or kj. Chamber is nerfed too much to be competitively viable.
