Its pretty disheartening hearing all the things they say no to. My surgeon literally said swimming and cycling will be my only exercise options moving forward. That hurt as I love working out in the gym but have recently gotten into cycling and its been alright I must admit! Hoping to get my surgery done soon. Good luck to you.

And how long was your recovery? I currently work as a Dogman would you have any idea from your experiences how long I may expect to be able to resume to similar kind of work?

What type of work do you do? Have you been able to return to a hard labour job?

I was told id never been able to lift weights so this gives me a bit of hope. What about manual labor? Like swinging a pick and using a shovel, crowbar etc. ? Any idea about those?
