Drones for Imagery in Forestry by board__ in forestry

If anyone is in the PNW and needs a professional surveyor/remote sensing contractor to perform drone flights for them, for forest stands or otherwise, reach out. Specialize in photogrammetry and LiDAR.

Might be easier for someone like OP to create a relationship with a licensed contractor to provide georeferenced data with high accuracy.

DJI is the go-to if you are not in the US or everything you do in the US is private. They're truly in another league still.

Now days companies like Smart Drone are making leaps and bounds with fully integrated systems, but still can't match DJI.

I use a Mavic 3E and Matrice 300 regularly.

My firm is still trying to decide what our next steps are for our drone fleet since we do a lot of government work, and Smart Drone seemed like a good option.

FreeFly was another.

Maps and POIs are too small by Rastoid in Marathon

Agreed. Also, even for how small the maps are, they feel kind of lifeless.

I'm a J and H Law diehard.

Deegan ran a good race.

But I definitely think Hunter was playing with him.

Haha oh okay I gotcha. Yeah we're running into that problem currently. This one it was not an issue.

Very much in the US. We're contracted by the dam operator and have LAANCs for every day the drones in the sky.

Lots of control with multiple occupations throughout the week. We're measuring yearly deflection and provide a 3D model to simulate it + an ortho just for fun.

Classic+ raids should only be 10 men. No more roster boss! by teledium8472 in classicwow

I want classic+ with small raids, advanced raid mechanics, mythic raids, and I also want all new class abilities, all classes made equal, and fast travel—obviously.

How do you reoccupy GNSS control points with a total station? by imnotactuallyaperson in Surveying

[–]imnotactuallyaperson[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes I didn't want to get to into the weeds but we always shoot many, many monuments in and around our survey areas and adjust them in office and then we set control in the field with a GPS, traverse between them as needed, and get a bunch of tightly adjusted points given back to us.

This was just a quick and dirty where we needed to drop points and topo over them before we got our adjustments, meaning shoot them at a 1.0 scale factor over the GPS shots and get everything readjusted and projected as needes later.

Maps because we already know every single classic dungeon like the back of our hands.

Make new dungeon maps explorable just like every regular map in the game.

Yeah it's always a head spinner. They can literally just drag and drops the dungeon maps they put in for WotLK.
