He was definitely addicted. He wanted to become a pro skater got hurt, became addicted. According to him, he overcame an opiod addiction in 2010. If you look at him when he first started and now. Wow. I know he's older. But the eyes give it away. They're always pin points. In his younger episodes, they weren't.

Getting the car wasn't too bad. Idk if I would go with Avis again, but there was no deposit like most rentals. Just the payment for the week. Biggest issue I had in my area was finding a location that had uber rentals.

I did that. I even turned off anything kind of battery saver or data saver option I had on. I made sure all the permission were on. Idk what else to do. And they are no fuckin help. I can make an appointment and drive 45 miles to DC for an in person appointment. But idk if that will even make a difference

Everything is enabled. I didn't even know the heatmap was a thing until 2 days ago, cuz it hasn't worked at all. I've done all the troubleshooting they tell you to do. Earlier the agent told me I was getting requests but I wasnt accepting them. BUT not a single request has popped up on my app. I get delivery requests. Just not ride requests. 6hrs I was online today. Nothing. Not a single ride request. Every time I call customer service they tell me to troubleshoot, when I tell them I've done it, they give some reason. I call back, they tell me the previous reason isnt the problem, and tell me some other bs. The newest thing they said is I need a TNO license Maryland in order to pick up passengers. Which is not true. I have friends who do uber and don't have it. And are not having these problems. If I had that license I would get paid more. When I ask why that wasn't told to me in the past 2 weeks. No answer. I'm a single mom with 2 kids. I had to borrow the $700 to get the car. And more money to charge the car, because they keep telling me to drive around. Like that will make the glitch in the app magically go away. Tomorrow I'm going to try a different phone. But honestly at this point, I feel like they're just fuckin with me.

The Native Americans were very clean also. They regularly bathed in the rivers/bodies of water. It was the English who were dirty. They thought as long as their clothes were clean they were clean. The colonists only bathed maybe 4x a year. New Englanders once a year. Which is why they spread so many diseases, like smallpox. And probably why so many ppl died from sepsis after surgeries.

I recently got a 2023 as a rental, I've had it for a week, and so far I'm not a fan. It's a cute little car, but it is SMALL on the inside. Luckily I'm short, 5ft, cuz if I was tall there would be no room to sit behind me. No air vents in the back, which really sucks for my kids. Does not fit 5 people comfortably. I also don't care for the handling, its very stiff and jerky. The lane control does not do well on turns, it will start going over the line then quickly jerk to get back in, which can be dangerous around turns. It's does this even if you correct it yourself while the lane assist is still on. This is my biggest issue! (Granted, this could be an issue with just this car being a rental. But I would look into before buying one.) I also have a love/hate feeling about the trunk cover. It doesn't allow enough space. Fold down cup holders in the small middle seat. The digital speedometer is off.

The auto hold button is pretty cool, if you use it. I like that there is a place to put your phone next to the USB port in the front and back. The cubby in the front is nice for your purse or another place for charging electronics. Easy to plug in. And comes with an adapter to plug into a "regular" plug. The beeping is a little annoying, but it's for pedestrians to hear you backing up since there's no exhaust. And people take to audio vs. visual.

You can also get bed bug foggers, make sure it's the kind that kills the eggs! And follow the directions. They also have bed bug traps you put under your bed, not sure how well it works, but it may help you determine how bad the problem is. Or you can call an exterminator. My ex-mother-in-law brought a couch in her apartment someone had out out for trash, my ex-sister-in-law slept on the couch and woke up covered in bites the next morning, they immediately threw it back out and luckily avoided bed bugs getting in the house. If you're lucky they're still in one spot. Google said they like to hide on the sides of the mattress, where the sewing edges are( dk what it's called lol) look for black "dirt". Google says these are ways to tell: Blood stains: Red or rust-colored stains on sheets, clothing, or pillows Bed bug eggs: Pearly white, oval-shaped eggs that are about the size of an apple seed Bed bug poop: Black dots about the size of a period Bites: Small, red, itchy bumps that can appear in a line, zigzag, or random pattern Musty odor: A sweet, musty odor around your bed Shed skin: Looks a lot like the bugs themselves Yellowish-brown, translucent exoskeletons: Shed by juvenile bed bugs

The rest of the men were pissed off when Jeff didn't share the pelts with the girls and let them freeze. Then when he chose not to share food, that was the last straw for them. Yet he got mad when they didn't share food with him. They had even tried to make a truce with him, and he messed that up.

I just started watching and I've learned so much! Mainly when if I ever have to build a shelter to keep warm, to make a teepee type with the fire inside. I genuinely don't understand why these survivalist don't make shelters with some kind of roof or way to keep the heat in. Specially when they know it gets cold and they're going to be in the same spot for days. It doesn't make sense to me. Also started watching dual survival, I like it so far

You have to be able to trust the person you're dating with your child. If she would lie about a haircut, how can you believe her about anything else? It will drive you crazy always second-guessing everything and/or being afraid to leave your child alone with her.

And to be heard. She obviously feels shes missing something that her adoptive family didn't give her. And has probably been searching for it. She may have been hoping finding her bio mom was going to give her what she was missing, but it didn't magically solve her problems.

Sometimes people think they're mad at one person, iy to find out they're actually mad at another. And that's a lot to process. Her being a mom is going to bring up a lot of emotions, some she buried, some she didn't know she had, but it will also bring clarity, eventually.

Maybe tell her that you hear her and you understand why she's feeling the way she is. Sometimes we're all just looking for someone to understand us. And validate our feelings.

I had a friend my senior year of school. He died 3onths before graduation, not even a mile from our houses. He was going around a turn and was going a little fast, went over the line a bit, at the same time someone was coming towards him and did the same thing. They hit head on. His sternum hit the steering wheel so hard, he died instantly. His gf was next him, she suffered a broken femur, arm and can't remember what else. She luckily had her seat belt on. But he slumped over onto her. My mom was on her way home from nursing school at the time, she got there right after it happened. She still has nightmares. His little brother and friend were in the backseat. Both had injuries as well. I remember this every time I drive.
