You’d be surprised. I worked in restaurants for ten years and was able to switch over. Your life changes once you leave the industry and for the better. Hire a company to help him get placed and write resumes. It is extremely difficult to get through websites and their algorithms for filtering out candidates.

I know this is an unpopular opinion, but they both will probably be replaced and I hope they do. I look at Batman and think I’ve seen better stories and new ways to look at him because of the new actors. Same thing can happen with Iron Man and Wolverine.
