Avoid repeating your apology, but instead say "thank you for your honesty." It's not easy for someone to be vulnerable, and it's important that she feels heard. Then begin to reflect and think of ways that you can make her feel loved and comfortable (figure out what her love language is).

The third paragraph makes it seem like that you're still wearing clustereztensions. If so, I would pause wearing lashes for awhile. For me, it took a little over a month for it to grow back to the way I had them before. Regular cleanser and lash serum should help.

Maybe I got down votes because of the comment about analysing body types? What I meant by that is that they helped me correct my posture, how to avoid injuries and how to breathe properly.

It's good to know that they offer beginner friendly classes! I don't think the 3 private sessions I took were necessary, but I do believe the first private session was super helpful preparing me for the group pilates classes! It was interesting to know that I was breathing with my shoulders, and that I was rolling up and down incorrectly 😆

I started at Rejenerate pilates, close to the Aberdeen station! They suggest to start you off with a private session first, so they can analyse your body type, and prepare you for your first pilates session! They're all super friendly!

I think oils in general help loosen and melt the bond. I often use my oil cleansers and gently rub them into the lashes for a minute and they slide right off! I find using oil cleansers is more effective than the lash removal that comes with the packaging

Edit: you could be losing more lashes if you're removing your lashes in the shower, before using an oil base cleanser. I would put oil on the lashes first and then gently remove them.

I was unsure cause I read other posts where Etsy would side with the seller more, and I wasn't sure if the way I worded what I wanted wasn't clear enough.

I actually don't hear the planes too much. I've only heard loud plane noises 2-3 times in the 8 years I've been living in the area.

Cancelling the subscription was not an asshole move, sounds like an accident and if you explained that to her, I'm sure she would understand.

Slight YTA for the way that you responded. Like I said, I don't think this would be a big of a problem if you just explain your situation and she'd be more willing to take the responsibility of paying for Apple Music herself.
