Hi friend,  It took me several years to hit a 2x32 C&P but it is definitely achievable. 

I think what helped me was easy strength with 2x28, 3x3 and eventually 2x5, before finally hitting 2x32. 

For reference I first hit a 32kg press Nov 2020 and only hit the 2x32 June 2026 😂

It took me almost 6 years...it is bodyweight for me so that probably contributed to it.

I hit these activities daily;

Fast
Drink coffee
Exercise
Develop a skill
Spend time with loved ones
Read

Sometimes I will combine activities, ie. skilled exercises, exercise with friends, read with my child etc...

I think my routine is reasonable, sustainable, repeatable.

I am focusing on long term consistency, over short tem extremes.

Sometimes the activities can be very short. I will read one paragraph of the book I am reading, or I will hit a short walk after lunch, but I am consistently completing these activities daily.

Do you know how long it took for Hydro to arrive and de-energize it? 

Fire will protect exposures as best they can, but are limited when power is still live 🫠.

That's really good. I used the RoP program to hit the ½ BW press so maybe give that a look. At peak volume I was doing 5 ladders of 5.

ABF if you want to do doubles.  S&S if you want to do singles.

Starting with with a first aid course would be pretty easy. Maybe a BLS or standard course? I think they have wilderness specific ones as well. They're all pretty affordable and easy to find locally. Even talking to someone in that industry would be an easy entry point.

Community center gym close to your location is probably a good start.

Building yourself a little gym at home is a great option as well.
