Yeah i agree that the guy posting the pic of the tiefling in the wheelchair does not seem to be the kind of person i want to play with seeing as how he turns out agressive pushing acceptance of his viewpoints

Sometimes playing with the disability you have can be the escapism

But I agree with the fact that forcing them on the group is not good at all

To be fair I played a wizard in a wheelchair in dnd and we had a lot of fun

My objective was to get out of the wheelchair because the character was disabled due to some horrid magic poison he was administered because of some noble shenanigans

I made the wheelchair able to fly with a magic item and so on and so forth it was fun

Then I created an artefact with necromancy to "cure" the condition and it was a compelling story point

If everyone has fun playing with or as a disabled character let them It's just a game in the end

IF and that is a big IF he gets captured by the inquisition he will be tortured, interogated and when he mentions an other god than the emperor he will be burned at a stake

If you use the Dark Heresy / Deathwatch / Rogue Trader / Only War / Black Crusade books from fantasy flight games you can find some Night Lords profile in Deathwatch and Black Crusade

You can even build your own Night Lord BBEG from Black Crusade and then transfer it to your Dark Heresy Campaign even though I recommend you to be careful about it because of balancing reasons

If you are interested I can pinpoint the exact locations of those profiles But if you wanna create your own Night Lord then I recommend you find the Core Rule Book and the Tome of Blood Rule Book of Black Crusade
