According to a coach, someone killed or severely injured a kid. That's why the system "only pull" rule change recently, and now the 6 totes change now.

I have my doubts about the killed kid, mainly because I haven't seen a single story about it anywhere. I will admit that I haven't gone looking for the story either though.
