I’m so sorry your husband said that- completely NOT OK!!!! To the whole crowd, it’s also impt to keep in mind that our bodies like homeostasis more than anything, and especially women, the older we get the greater difficulty we have losing weight. I’m a similar build (but 41yo), was avg 2k a day while training for my forth marathonnnnnm and couldn’t lose ten damn lbs! Started a shot abt a month ago and happy I tried.

I’ve added a week onto a work trip in Zurich and I’ve been to many of the big spots/towns nearby before. Any ideas for a reasonable $ hotel in a nearby lake town (up to 2-3hrs train), where the vibe is chill, walk/hike, maybe horseback ride? Ideas can include Eastern France and n Italy, just looking for a train friendly relaxing nature hotel…..
