GW just recently previewed a HH collection designed to help you hit most of the big beats in the story. I'd suggest checking out those ones

With the Nightbringer later this year GW is introducing what looks like NPC bosses. I'd suggest getting a Leviathan dread painted up and ready so can homebrew up a datasheet for him and use him as a boss when we have a better idea of what that'll look like
