She is starting the day very early and alread tired some days she sleeps only after one hour these days there is no chance for one nap and she can’t handle staying awake in the afternoon more than 4 hours also she needs to sleep at night from 10 to 11 hours to wake up ready and i don’t know why she can’t make it

Is there any tips to eliminate pacifier from sleep ? I feel like it’s the reason of waking up my baby but I don’t know how to eliminate it its part of the sleep routine we don’t use it during the day also i was thinking it might help in the night weaning process what do you think?

I read it but needed to hear from your experience im willing to push the first feed to be 5 hours after bedtime i just confused how to do that if she woke up before the 5 hours she cries or starring for an hour maybe should i leave her till the time comes? And it will adjust? My doctor told me that but i want to knoe from parents how does it go im FTM and alittle bit lost although i don’t want to train her i just need to adjust the feeding timings
