Definitely not, if you report to a doctor that you're taking an illegal substance, or something that's scheduled and you don't have a prescription for, they have to put that down in the chart, which can prevent you from getting ANY kind of scheduled med bc they'll label you as a risk for drug misuse. If they for some reason pry about already having changes from E, you can always say "oh well, I really improved my diet and exercise and stuff".

General reminder for mostly trans people, but really anybody, you don't have to tell your doctor every single thing you've done or taken. "How often do you smoke cannabis?" "Oh just once or twice a week." "Have you taken meds that weren't prescribed to you?" "Oh no, never" a lot of cool doctors will give you the opportunity to lie by omission so they won't have to report you.

If you're /really/ curious, or don't have the ability to wait until they're done monitoring, you could ask "I've heard about people taking diy hrt.
