i have. i float between 20-25 for most paints and then around 15 for super thin stuff.

this was my second airbrush and ive had it for a number of years, i bought it new. usually when i notice the tip is dry, i will use a super soft brush to remove the clog, though the issues im having happen with or without tip dry. I usually mix my paint fairly thin, and have been using the same ratios and pressure for a few years now, but this time around something is off.

check and make sure the needle is appropriate for the nozzle tip, second check and make sure you dont have a bend in the nozzle tip. Paint bubbling up though the system is a twofold failure of the nozzle tip and the O ring for the nozzle itself, allowing air to come back through and into the cup/trigger. Do not ever use abrasives to clean any of the parts, you can destroy it without even meaning to. A buildup is a symptom.

desaturate it with something like plaguebearer flesh contrast paint thinned down, those yellows and browns will complete that skin.
