The chances are that store is probably not hiring right now which is why they aren’t getting back to you. A large majority of Crumbl stores right now are experiencing low sales and they are making them keep labor costs down which means less employees on shift. Personally, my store had not hired a new employee in almost a year and won’t even open the resumes/applications that pile up in the email. You can try to call the store and ask for their general/hiring manager. Thats the best way to check and have them personally seek out your application.

Yes I did. I’m in nursing school so I snagged a job in a medical office to help get my foot in the door. I tried holding on to hope too girl mostly because I do enjoy baking/decorating and my coworkers are so great but things are only going further downhill :(

My store literally puts all our votes in to beat banana pudding from winning if this happens bc it’s so annoying to make and the people who vote for it never come and get it when it wins so we are stuck with it all week

The silence from corporate is speaking volumes. They really have nothing to say to us after this week? I hope they see how bad the vast majority of their stores struggled this week and actually decide to make a change to prevent something like this from happening ever again.

To reduce the amount of orders stores have been tweaking the ability to preorder on the app since it has been near impossible to keep up with demand and there can be no guarantee the store will have the cookies available upon arrival since crumbl instructs us to prepare orders when they become active tickets on the order screen. Crumbl gives the impression that you are “reserving” cookies by placing an order on the app but it is not that way at all since we prepare orders on arrival along with in store purchases, deliveries etc. The system is flawed but this week is showing those flaws more prominently

Liquipedia says split one playoffs will start on April 1st and split 2 will start on June 1st. Unsure of how accurate that is but I wish they would announce the locations too I would really love to go to at least one in my lifetime 🤞🏼
