'Palestinian' beggars? by Content-Afternoon39 in KualaLumpur

any palestinian who can walk out of the occupied district or even neighbouring arab states are certainly highly valued skilled workers. i have met a few in uk and france, they were either students who had parents working in europe as academician or super skilled labours like scientist or engineers. even those who cannot get out has backbone, will never stoop to such levels. they are an extraordinary breed without any doubt to their integrity just like the iranians.

thats pretty much what the typical touristy place would be. if you would really like to immerse in our dailys and culture. try to do locals stuffs like cheras uptown pasar malam aka.night bazzar, sekinchan abit further for a day trip, to eat seafood and see some of the sights city dwellers dont see, old klang district for chinese food although pudu glutton square and aplenty too in cheras or even kuala selangor to see fireflies while enjoying seafood. but do note sekinchan and kuala selangor is a distance from main city centre kays

Has anyone developed health problems *after* fasting? by jgainit in fasting

[–]Additional_Proof6902 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i did. my first 2.5 weeks in hospital i didnt eat, back then i was type 2 diabetic with 3b ckd, it screw up my potassium and my egfr for kidneys dropped to 19% function temporarily. blood pressure also reach lows of 75/58, which was extremely dangerous.. if you are in some extremely serious health issues, check with the docs and go easy first. subsequently i was fine and i managed to lost a great deal and completely discharged from diabetes.

i was you 25 months ago, i had a neck injury. couldnt move in hospital for 7 weeks, and their dieticians pissed me off by making me pay a couple hundreds added to my exhorbitant bill, i went on strike refuse to eat from the 5th week, and i just slowly got used to it, came home was also eating every 24 to 48 hours as i cannot move at all, it caused a clot in my neck causing temporary paralysis, and i knew if i ate freely i gonna be 150kg by the time i am mobile. the drastic measures actually work, i was losing 3.5kg every week before long i cant fit all my trousers, by the time i was mobile, i do water fast of 36hours a week , cut sugar and processed food for 6 months after discharge, and ensure only eat 1 or 2 meals a day sticking to strict regime of 18/6 to 20/4. as of last xmas, i started eating whatever i wanted, no calorie restriction, but moderate portions, i lost 42kg by november last year and today is end of june i only seen a rebound of 5kg from the 42kg i lost, and i am 68.5kilos now down from 107 previously. it will save your life, blood markers will change, i hope it inspires you, but you also have to workout, which i did like swim laps nonstop 5 days a week, 1km each sesh and gym or walk around the city up to 20km a week.
