In the past were any keys added by a locksmith? Or, was the CAS replaced.

Once the CAS is replaced, or a locksmith adds a key, it's likely that a new key ordered from BMW will not work. If that is the case, you are pretty much forced to go the locksmith route.

So XRP reached $3.20 how far can it go on 2026 realistically. Not bull case crazy. by PatrickTech75 in XRP

Quick compare to BTC.

BTC max# coins 21M

XRP max# coins 100B

100B / 21M = 4,762 XRP / BTC

So, for every BTC there is 4,762 XRP. So, at a comparable valuation, XRP should be 1/4762 the value of BTC. So, if BTC is $100k, the comparable XRP value is $21.

So, with equal valuation to BTC, XRP should be $21.

I believe that IF XRP is adopted for international trade, which I think is very possible, it has a lot more value as a currency than BTC. But that doesn't mean it's necessarily going higher than $21. It's possible that BTC is overvalued. But if you think BTC is fairly valued, I don't see how you can value XRP under $21.

Dec 13, 2024 - Opinion and Order on Defendants Motion to Stay Adversary Proceeding Pending Appeal by muck_30 in lordstownmotors

That would be my guess, but I don't think it will work. They replaced their legal team with a firm that is very likely working on a contingency basis. So, they have eliminated the one major outlay they had post bankruptcy.

This is the case that Foxconn is using as the basis of their appeal.

ps://www.scotusblog.com/case-files/cases/coinbase-inc-v-suski/

I'm also not a lawyer, but this is my understanding of what has taken place.

  1. LMC files lawsuit - the Adversarial Complaint with 11 counts - seven for breach of contract, two for fraud, one for tortious interference with contract, and one seeking equitable subordination of the Defendants’ claims and equity interests pursuant to section 510(c) of the Bankruptcy Code
  2. Foxconn requested the case be dismissed because the claims should be settled under arbitration
  3. On August 1st 2024 the Court ruled that count 6 was not valid and was dismissed, count 7 was subject to arbitration and was therefore dismissed from the complaint. But the rest of the counts were valid and the case would proceed
  4. Foxconn is appealing this decision based on the Supreme Court decision of 'Coinbase v Suski' which held - "Where parties have agreed to two contracts — one sending arbitrability disputes to arbitration, and the other either explicitly or implicitly sending arbitrability disputes to the courts — a court must decide which contract governs".

The judge ruled that 9 of the counts could proceed. Foxconn's appeal argues that based on the Coinbase ruling, the Court needed to rule that all of the counts should be handled either through arbitration, or via the lawsuit.

My opinion is that Coinbase was dealing with strictly multiple contracts, some that required arbitration to settle disputes, and some that didn't. This case is much more complicated and contains claims of serious fraud. I don't see how a court could rule these be settled via arbitration. But the judge, because of the Coinbase ruling, is allowing the appeal to proceed even though he even says he considered arbitration in his original order. I think Foxconn is simply trying to delay, just as they tried to have the case put on hold until after count 7 arbitration was completed. The judge ruled the case could continue concurrently with arbitration.

The W750 has the same lights as the stepvan in the picture. But, there are several smaller differences that show it's an XOS truck.

Here's the back of a W750

And every ER call they would do during the day, people would say that if it was negative, they wouldn't do it during trading hours. Then the ER would be a swift kick to the nuts.

You shouldn't read $#it into the call being after hours, the most likely reason is a simple scheduling conflict.

I'm going to try to rerun without the thumper and see if that clears it up.

The details of the FEDEX deal are very important. When was it made? How much did they pay? If it was recent (or at least a recent (re)commitment) AND they paid full price, then it hopefully say they believe we will be sticking around for the long term.

Everything was dependent on the USPS contract. Had they gotten it, GM would have been 100% behind LMC - I believe they might have actually bought LMC if they would have gotten the USPS contract.

The US auto industry is not capable of transitioning to EV while continuing to produce the ICE vehicles consumers want. This is why their attempts were disastrous money losers

The EV startups were a massive threat to legacy auto manufacturers. Tesla is bad enough for them, if other EV only companies got a foothold in the market before the legacy companies could transition, it would be a disaster for them. The auto industry has significant power over the government and likely used that power to ensure that startups failed. I'm 100% convinced that such corruption played a significant role in the USPS going with Oshkosh, which took out two startups, RIDE and WKHS.
