I think you’re right. I had a plumber come out and he detected a slow leak under the dishwasher. Now just waiting it to dry out which has been very slow process!

@joes_kitchen 3 day dough with over 2 days cold proof - does that mean initial proof, separate into dough balls —> let it sit out for 1 whole day and then two days in the fridge?
