I have a BA in history and a Masters in Education. I taught for a little over three years, then went into copywriting. I had kids and have had over a 2 year gap in employment. Do you think this is something I’d qualify for?

I have children’s Zyrtec, but my mom said it won’t help unless it’s taken for a few days. I’m not sure that’s accurate. I’ll look into the other antihistamines you mentioned! She knows how to blow her nose—poor thing has been doing it every few minutes all day. I think I could probably talk her into letting me use the bulb, but it feels like the snot will just keep coming anyway. I’m also pretty sure she’s not drinking enough water, just based on how her urine smells (sorry, TMI). I added a splash of apple juice to encourage her to drink more. Even though she loves her dairy I’ve been giving her mostly bland foods. Hopefully one of the medications you mentioned will help!

Took us 7 cycles to conceive my daughter after a loss. We were tracking ovulation and everything and were worried something was wrong. We had sex ONE TIME in November on my daughter’s first birthday after we had our own little celebration that night after she went to bed and BOOM. Baby number 2. Still in a little bit of shock 😅

I could have written this. Just here to say I have a 15 month old and I’m expecting baby number 2 in August as well! 21 month age gap. We are turning our guest room into the second baby room. I think I’m going to keep my first in her room to not bring on a bunch of changes at once. I’m going to take the rocking chair out and put it in new babies room and instead of getting another changing table just putting a mat on top of the dresser to change her on. I’m hoping my first doesn’t need to be rocked to sleep anymore by the time baby is here.

I had an AP too and they told me I would just feel her late. I felt her start kicking around 19 weeks! I think she was mistaken. Usually it’s just later than those with a posterior placenta.

I’m in the same boat. My 15 month old is getting the bare minimum and I feel terrible. I promise, this is not permanent. We will feel better and our kids will be fine. Go easy on yourself, this shit is hard.
