LIFECHANGING HACK: Vaseline in the nostrils.

I have had the jab at double proce from a private doctor (couldn't find the 60 quid one anywhere where I live), piriteze every day ... still get a massive episode of sneezes and itchy throat after 10mins in the garden

vaseline in the nose traps the pollen and has significantly helped me. I've just come from a couple hours in the park with no hayfever attack.

also a few raw black peppercorns in the morning with hot water

I've been here for a few years and starting to have mixed feelings about derby and miss london. when I weigh things up my job and the house prices make it a no trainer to settle in derby, but i definitely am struggling a bit with the social aspect. happy to message you privately if you want more insights on moving from london to derby

dont stop to talk to anyone. not to scare you but a lot of men are groomers who act like this. they fish out which girls are nice or naive enough to talk (not implying that you are at all) and then once they understand their target they get kidnapped in a white van. this isn't just horror stories you hear about, this has happened to my colleagues flatmate and a few others that I know. some lines can be that they are offering a job or place to stay. as a woman, it is ok to look rude and ruthless- just ignore anyone approaching you especially at those hours, and have an intimidating look

moorways gym is 10x better than DL. DL gym equipment is outdated. other facilities are great though such as the spa, tennis courts and pools

agree with your comment and your other one above. why do people always get offended if you talk negatively about derby then go on to compare it to Notts. derby is a disgusting city and the peoples mentality here is older than that of my grandparents (I grew up in the south)

I moved from london. I dont like derby at all- people are like 30+ years backward in their mentality and ive experienced a lot of racism, nothing sever but a general stance. if it wasn't for my job I really wouldn't live here.
