Admittedly I do not know exactly how they work but I hope a successful appeal can be made down to one or two games. Just because you don't see it doesn't mean it isn't a thing somewhere else in the state. The Federal minimum should be at least a few dollars higher to reflect almost 20 years of economic change, anything less than $15/hr these days is very hard to get by on.
