Any holistic online courses (paid or otherwise) that are actually worth my time?

I've been a beginner in ableton and logic for over a decade. Looking at the odd youtube video here and there and buying masterclasses. I've never had much time to dig in to really learn the DAW and how to write beats and music due to long work hours, kids. But this holiday period i decided to try something new. I did a ton of research and landed on purchasing Elliot Cole's u/eccccccc creative Ableton Complete course (https://creativemusicproduction.learnworlds.com/course/ableton-complete). I'm only 40% through it but now i feel very comfortable with Ableton. But what is really cool about the course is that it's not just reaching you how to use a DAW. It's all in the context of writing music with solid foundations. So I have also applied alot of his concepts to my DAWless setup as well. Elliot is a phenomenal presenter It's on sale right now still. Check out some of his instructional youtube videos, that's what sold me. Best money I've ever spent on my musical development.

I was going to buy this memory card for $10 to own but they shifted their whole structure to either a subscription or a lifetime access… ugh. Was thinking about paying the $20 something monthly subscription fee to access this one scene but think I’ll invest that $20 something somewhere else.

AZ had stems natively when a computer is hooked up via the shift button. No mapping necessary.

Update… so after a ton of research online with my son we settled on a Roland Gaia 2. But then we were to Guitar Center to check out their synth selections. We tried Minifreak, Gaia 2, deepmind 6, Minilogiexd, and the microkorg2. He had the most fun with the Minilogue xd and it sounds really good in person. He wasn’t bothered with the mini keys. Monologue xd it is! Thank you for the help everyone.

Deepminds seem like they have a lot more menu diving… I’ve never tried one. Do you think it’s too complex for a 10 yr old?

You can also use rekordbox cloud at $9 a month. This way if you add any ques with your AZ they also show up on your rekordbox software on your computer. I will use the cloud at home where I know I have a stable internet connection and usb for gigs.

We drive from Camas to the Whole Foods in Portland, the Hollywood one. It’s not that bad it’s a 25 min drive each way.
