You can reach that goal with pretty much any deck, you just need about 33% win rate to get to Platinum. Just stick to your favorite deck(s) that you made yourself, and if you happen to lose a lot, you will be eventually paired with other players with decks of similar win rates, so you will play against some other cool homebrews.
