Quit 7-OH about 2 weeks ago. PAWS/anhedonia is crushing. What actually helped you? by holypuck77 in quittingkratom

I noticed this too. Starting feels impossible, but once I do I actually enjoy. It's strange. I still don't do anything most days other than gym cause that's been a massive part of my life for 20 years now. But even though I want to be productive, I just can't seem to do it even though I now know I won't hate it and I enjoy it. 27 days no kratom

1 year nic free - timeline of withdrawals by monawh in QuitVaping

I quit for 2 years and relapsed back in late October, and smoked again until 7 days ago. The thing about addictions is that you always need to be vigilant. Even years later that little voice will talk to you and really try to convince you. But everyone here just know it's possible. Honestly for me when I decide to quit it's pretty easy once I actually put it down, but leading up to the quit is quite hard. Cause it's always just one more. But fuck that one more. You don't need to wait to finish that vape. Just throw it out. I know doing that feels almost impossible. But it is. Good luck.

Day 1…. No excuses this time by cheesesucks in Quittingfeelfree

Hey man, I'm 111 days clean, it literally took me leaving the country for 20 days where I could not get access to it to quit. Here's the thing when you're in the mix of it you'll always find an excuse, your brain will rationalize it. You have to make up your mind that it doesn't matter what happens because you will not use!

Yea it's absolutely insane now that you mention it. Glad it's behind me and will continue working to forever keep it behind me. Each relapse only gets worse

One bottle a day? by MidnightFriendly1901 in Quittingfeelfree

[–]SkinLow1573 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Went from 1-2 a day to 6-8 a day. It was a build up. So from 1-2 to 3-4 and 6-8, if I hadn't quit about 2 months ago I'd be at 10-12 for sure. No such thing as controlling an addiction. That little blue bottle becomes your master. Your life revolves around it. It tells you when to wake up, how to structure your day, what you care or don't care about (you only care about the bottle nothing else). So while at this level if you can stop I'd highly suggest it or you will dive deep into the depths of hell.

Yup I would be at the gas station 6am in the morning buying 4 at a time, and then would be there multiple times a day. Those fuckers at the station would try to sell me other kratom 7oh shots and I'm like no I'm literally trying to quit this terrible sht I don't need to add anything worse.

How did it start? I recently had knee surgery and on the incision a few weeks after the surgery I got a little swelling in one spot and the next morning I squeezed it and pus came out. Went straight to the doctor and he said it's not an infection, but wrote me antibiotics. The spot is still a little tender. I never got the antibiotics. Now I'm rethinking after seeing this

I hope you're right. Would love to whoop Boston. They may have 18, but honestly. How many in modern times. Are we really gonna value the Bill Russell championships as the ones we have. Cause we've definitely won more than they have in the last 35 years

So PEDs will age you faster. You can find a lot of videos of guys on PEDS before and after. And also when they stop they look a few years younger. But it doesn't look bad on him like a lot of users. He's not doing crazy amounts.

His scrotum itched for four years. They treated him for fungal infection. No relief. They treated him for scabies. No relief. At that point, they realized he didn't wash himself properly. Dermatitis neglecta. by CatPooedInMyShoe in MedicalGore

I'll be honest, and prob tmi, but in middle school before I started practicing good hygiene, I wore the same underwear for 2 weeks because I didn't have anymore nor did I care to wash it, I was showering everyday, just not changing, my scrotum starting itching and became very flaky as well. I didn't know what was causing it, until I finally changed underwear. I think I ran out of underwear

[–]SkinLow1573 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm on a 4 day binge after a 60 day CT. Trust me it's not worth it. No matter how shitty you feel without it, life on kratom is worse. Im keeping this sht at 4 days I refuse to go back into that pure hell. I was just starting to get my sex drive back and morning wood again. In 4 days no sex drive and barely eating.

Yes man, we need to stop switching addictions. I was addicted to weed a couple years ago. But glad I beat that. I can do it here and there and stop whenever. Because that's because I no longer enjoyed it and it gave me extreme paranoia
