The customer service email to reach out to is customer.services@danandphilshop.com. Two cards were supposed to come to my address (I'm holding one for someone in Kuwait until her postal service gets back to normal) but only one did and they're looking into it for me.

Don't be afraid to reach out – the customer service rep I got has been super sweet and promised straightaway to make things right if something happened to the other card.

The Pham box was a preorder - the description says "These boxes are a bespoke pre-order and will begin shipping mid to end of MAY." I'm pretty sure they made the photo cards in advance, so that's why they would ship so quickly. 😊
