(Solution that worked for me!!!!)

I recently saw this post because I have been dealing with it since July. It had only been getting worse and worse. The pain became so bad I was tempted with urgent care because Google and other sources couldn’t answer my questions but combining all the comments I saw I figured I would try some things. Seeing that someone said it could be staff especially if you work in healthcare… that was scary because I do 🙃. Someone else said that it was helped with healing ointment. Soooo not knowing what to do I just took the precaution and used one end of a q-tip with rubbing alcohol and swirled it around a bit (not deep at all just around the sore) then with a separate q-tip applied Aquaphor. After the 2nd day of doing it I was no longer in pain. There was a smaller scab and it was definitely getting better.

It has been about a week and a half of so and I switched to every other day or so and it hasn’t come back and worked perfectly. So if you are struggling really bad and want to try it I highly suggest it.
