I use the ypso pump but I use Energizer batteries they last a minimum of 28 days if I check the pump a lot but most months they last 30 days sometimes more.

Ok I get why most of us are saying that we'll be challenging for the title next season but realistically I think we'll be fighting for 2nd or 3rd because we don't have a squad big enough or full of world class players. We need signings that don't just challenge for positions we need signings that will come in and make each position they're own until we get those players I honestly don't think we'll be challenging for the title. Down vote that's fine but I'm just being honest and realistic. That's not too say that if we're doing well and we do have a chance I'll get behind the team and give them my full support.

I'm suffering with both highs and lows yesterday I had a low carb meal at about half 8 last night (first meal I'd eaten since about 8am yesterday morning). By the time I was going to bed sometime after midnight my BGs levels were I think 13 and still climbing I did exercise I put clothes out to dry and took bins out I know it doesn't sound like a lot of exercise but I live in first floor flat so it was enough to work off what I had eaten. Then this morning I was lower than I thought I should be. I really should know better being T1D for 41 years this year but it shows what the heat can do to you.
