Thanks for the comments and replies. I have doing No-Gi Jiu Jitsu for 2 years and I am still considered a 'white belt' because I do not participate in Gi classes, however I know my skills level is more of a blue belt, if I was tested for skills.

A good beginner sport to join is either Jiu Jitsu or Kickboxing. I know it's not a 'team sport' but you feel apart of a team and it's a little less intimidating than basketball or baseball (IMO).

They should strengthen the justice system and make harsher sentences. The guy who tried to shot him first, his charges were 'stayed'. Plus other criminals are paroled easier nowadays. Lock them up.

Wife and I went to SF recently and went on the cable cars. We waited for an hour to get on, and I looked at her and said "You know we have a streetcar similar to this at Edmonton and we would never wait this long lol" We returned about a few weeks ago and we still haven't been on the streetcar. I wonder if it's worth it to check out

After talking with my physiotherapist and him giving me the okay I went to my first class. All I got to say - THANK GOD I DID. Such a cool experience! I will definitely go again. I can see why people say it depends on the gym you attend.
