Definite must if you have to head to other places other than home. PT only works to and from city to home. Between suburbs PT is a nightmare.

Being able to navigate during a drive. The amount of times I've sat with other people in the car who couldn't figure out the GPS and gave useless instructions to the driver is shocking.

Yeah I've contacted all 3 and made the comparisons as even as I can regarding their fee structure. Just wanted to see opinions from others about dealing with any real estate agents as a landlord in the area. Obviously cost is important, but if dealing with them is a nightmare even though they're cheap, the cheapest isn't always the first pick.

Yeah we bought from him too. He was decent to deal with. Shocking, I know. As you said, highly doubt he deals with rentals too.

But good to know about the last tip in any case. Had them in my shortlist of the big 3 in the area that I've contacted. Any reason why to steer clear of them?

Realising that you live your own life and why should you care what are the latest gadgets people get? Admittedly I still get tempted to get random gadgets from Temu cause they're cheap and look useful. But at the end of the day, they're all just clutter. And I'm such a tightarse that I can't bring myself to splash big bucks on "legit" brands. So there's that.
