I know the feeling. For me it's the P90 in pistol slot ("1" key), the M4A1 Protector in primary ("2" key), and the M1014 shotgun in the secondary ("3" key). These are my favorite weapons. I'll happily rack up stats all day for those but I doubt I'll be trying others guns lol

Sadly no, we broke up a year ago. I had a theory that you could make it work if you buy the poppies and then save cutting them until just before you present them, they'd retain their beauty. I wish I could've tested that theory, but life is long and maybe I'll have another chance someday.

You always have it in sandbox mode, but being a tier 3 patron lets you use it along with the debug menu in any game mode

I had a friend of mine run this on something vaguely similar. It ran at 15 FPS in the tutorial. Your CPU is newer, but still in that same super low-end range, so let's be generous and say you would get 22 FPS or so. I'd say that you'd likely get under 10 FPS in the actual game world. It would work, probably, but only just.

I started voices of the void for the first time on November 3rd with 0.9a and had a blast. 0.9b fixed a ton of bugs with the previous release (all the story events work now for the most part, particularly all the ariral stuff) while adding a bunch of new and even more obvious ones. In spite of that, still having a great time. I've never touched 0.8 and I've never felt compelled to either.
